It was a bit of trial and error at first. I feel like the instructions and demo as to how long to turn the know for the clean water to fill were not clear to me. All in all I figured my workarounds to get the best out of it.

The only issue is the part where the water is the mop don't go all the way down so the pad don't get fully wet with the mopping solution also, you have to twist the handle to fit as it is to small

I love the concept of separating the dirty from clean water. But the place where you dip your mop does not fill up to the top so the mop pad is not fully getting dipped in water. The first few passes, half the pad is dry. That bit really makes no sense.

Works really well! You should consider adding in a more abrasive pad to the kit for those things that require a bit more elbow grease 😀

It was really great not having to bend to wring a mop. Most excited at having a practically clean mop after mopping my entire house. No after smells. And no need for multiple water changes. Gr8 product
