What is Mop Care+?

Mop Care+ is our subscription programme designed to keep your mop in peak condition. As a subscriber, you receive fresh replacement pads on a quarterly schedule, free delivery, and an extended parts warranty — so you never have to worry about your mop underperforming.

Subscription & Delivery

Each subscription includes:

• Two pairs of replacement mop pads every three months
• Complimentary delivery throughout Trinidad & Tobago
• Six-month extended parts warranty on your mop while your subscription is active

You are charged at the beginning of each quarterly cycle to ensure uninterrupted deliveries and subscriber benefits. Please ensure your payment method is up to date before each billing date.

Replacement pads are shipped once per quarter. You will receive email notifications both when your order is being prepared and when it has been dispatched.

Please update your delivery address via the customer portal before your next billing date to avoid any delays.

Yes — you can update your delivery address at any time through the customer portal. Make sure changes are saved before your next billing date to take effect on your upcoming shipment.

Extended Warranty

The six-month extended parts warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects under normal household use
• Eligible mop parts that fail due to a manufacturing defect

The warranty is active for the duration of your Mop Care+ subscription.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Mop pads (consumable items)
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Repairs carried out by unauthorised parties

To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (868) 269-5196 or email support@myjardine.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and advise on next steps.

Cancellations & Changes

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Any changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect on the upcoming cycle.

Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled mid-cycle. Please ensure any changes are made before your billing date to avoid unwanted charges or shipments.

The six-month extended parts warranty is an active subscriber benefit. If your subscription is cancelled, the extended warranty will no longer apply from the cancellation date. Standard product warranty terms will still apply.
