When will I receive my mop pads?
You receive two (2) pairs of mop pads every three (3) months from your subscription start date. We’ll email you before your shipment is created.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is a minimum commitment of three (3) monthly payments. After that, you can cancel anytime from your customer portal (recommended) or by contacting support.
What does the extended warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects on mop parts while your subscription is active. It does not cover mop pads (consumables), misuse, accidental damage, commercial use, or unauthorized repairs.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — all subscription shipments include free delivery within Trinidad & Tobago.
What if my payment fails?
We will automatically retry your payment. If payments continue to fail, your subscription may be paused and warranty coverage will pause until your subscription becomes active again.
