Mop Care+ Subscription Policy

Our Promise to You

At The Jardine Store, our goal is simple: make cleaning easier, more reliable, and stress-free — while helping you keep your mop performing at its best. This policy explains how Mop Care+ works, what you can expect from us, and how we support you if you ever need help.

1) What’s Included

  • 1 pair of replacement mop pads every 3 months
  • Free delivery anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago
  • 6-month extended parts warranty on your mop while your subscription remains active

2) Billing & Renewal

Mop Care+ is billed on a quarterly (every 3 months) basis. You will be charged at the start of each quarterly cycle to keep your deliveries and subscriber benefits active.

3) Delivery Schedule

Your replacement pads are shipped once per quarter. You’ll receive email notifications when your shipment is being prepared and again when it’s dispatched.

Tip: To avoid delivery delays, please update your delivery address in your customer portal before your next billing date.

4) Extended Parts Warranty (Subscriber Benefit)

Active subscribers receive a 6-month extended parts warranty on their mop for the duration of the subscription, subject to the conditions below.

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects under normal household use
  • Eligible mop parts (excluding consumables)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Mop pads (consumable items)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Commercial/heavy-duty usage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

5) Cancellations, Changes & Support

We want your experience to feel flexible and stress-free. You can manage your subscription through your customer portal. To avoid the next renewal charge, changes or cancellations should be made before your next billing date.

Orders already processed or shipped for the current cycle cannot be cancelled. If you’re unsure, contact us — we’ll guide you.

How often do I receive mop pads?
You receive 1 pair of replacement mop pads every 3 months, delivered automatically.
Is delivery really free nationwide?
Yes. Subscription deliveries include free shipping anywhere in Trinidad & Tobago.
How does the extended warranty work?
Active subscribers receive a 6-month extended parts warranty on eligible mop parts while the subscription remains active. Pads are consumables and are not covered.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your customer portal. To avoid your next renewal charge, make changes before your next billing date. Orders already processed or shipped for the current cycle can’t be cancelled.

Log in to your customer portal to update your address or payment method. If you need help, WhatsApp or email us and we’ll assist.
