Simple Process
How Returns Work
Step 1 — Email Us: Send your return request to support@myjardine.com with your order number and reason.
Step 2 — We Confirm: Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility within 1–2 business days.
Step 3 — Courier Collects: We arrange a courier pickup at a time and date that works for you.
Step 4 — Refund Issued: Once your item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your shipment to submit a return claim. Items must be unused and in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Simply email us at support@myjardine.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
No — we make it easy. A courier service will collect your return at a mutually convenient scheduled time and date. You don't need to travel anywhere.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The timeline depends on your card issuer's processing policies.
If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the packaging has been opened and the product used, a partial refund may apply.
Items that are damaged through improper use are not eligible for a refund.
For orders without free shipping, all shipping costs including return shipping are covered by the customer.
For orders that included free shipping, only the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
