Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Jardine Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All order are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Orders can be shipped to all parts of Trinidad and Tobago.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit  for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact your via email or telephone.

Shipping delivery estimates

All goods sold on website are inclusive of shipping .

25 Kg 2 - 3 days

 

 All domestic shipments will be made via local Courier Service. 

 

International Shipping Policy 

All order are processed within 2-3 business days and  shipped via Fedex or DHL. Cost of shipping is provided upon order checkout.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

 

 When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within two business and you will be provided with a tracking number. Due to fluctuation in shipping cost, your order may incur additional shipping charges a final estimate of these charges will be provided to your for your approval before the order is shipped. Shipping cost do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees.

 

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of Trinidad & Tobago as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with import requirements of the destination country.
